With Spring wrapping us in it’s fresh new energy, I’m focusing on enjoying coming out of hibernation and listening to what my body is telling me it wants.

Below are three ways to pamper yourself, and help get you in a fresh mental state for Spring!


1.  Make homemade bath bombs

HERE is a recipe from A Beautiful Mess, and I have to say these are my absolute favorite homemade bath bombs!  Popping a bath bomb in your tub and opening a window when it’s raining is arguably one of the most relaxing things you can possibly do.  Pro tip: open a glass of your favorite wine and turn on some relaxing tunes to really splurge.



2. Pour yourself a matcha iced latte

Over the past few months I’ve developed a serious passion for matcha and all the magical powers that it carries.  I’ve searched far and wide for a matcha latte recipe that works for me and THIS one from A Cozy Kitchen takes the match cake!  Not only are these tasty drinks delicious, but they’re healthy and nutritious as well!  Zero guilt lattes = the best lattes.



3. Read a new book at a new coffee shop

Getting swept up in a new book in a new surrounding is magical.  Grab a book and head out to explore your city, and maybe you’ll find your new favorite coffee shop while you’re at it!  Below are some of my recently-dubbed favorite reads:
